Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
At Story of Mom, we accept returns and offer refunds within 5 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at storyofmomcompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are to be covered by you.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item
