At Story of Mom, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and offer refunds within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

● Be unused and unwashed
● Be in their original condition
● Have all original tags intact

How to Request a Return

● Your order number
● The reason for your return request

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for sending the item back to us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
